Fiala Propellers are among the finest wooden propellers available, combining precision manufacturing, advanced aerodynamic design, and exceptional craftsmanship.

This special production run is supplied without Fiala badges and is factory pre-drilled with a 34 mm M5 bolt pattern, making these propellers suitable for the DA150 and other compatible engines.

At the heart of every Fiala propeller is a carefully developed, highly efficient airfoil profile designed to deliver excellent thrust, aerodynamic efficiency, and predictable performance across a broad operating range. These characteristics have also made Fiala propellers increasingly well suited to demanding professional and military UAV applications, where propulsion efficiency, reliability, and consistent performance are essential.

Each Fiala propeller is CNC-machined in the Czech Republic from carefully selected, locally sourced beech wood. The manufacturing process begins with premium wood blanks that are kiln-dried to a controlled moisture content and then allowed to stabilize for more than a month before machining.

This carefully controlled process provides excellent dimensional stability and material consistency. Precision CNC machining then ensures accurate airfoil geometry and repeatability from one propeller to the next, while careful finishing and balancing contribute to smooth operation and dependable performance.

The result is a wooden propeller that combines traditional material with modern manufacturing technology and sophisticated aerodynamic engineering.

Precision manufactured. Aerodynamically efficient. Proven in demanding applications.
